The Potter

We know the difference between right and wrong but sometimes we are good at convincing ourselves that the wrong we may be doing is alright.

When we start off a sentence with I shouldn't say this or a thought with I shouldn't do that, it's a good indication that we shouldn't but we are really good at coming up with reasons why it would be okay.  If we do this enough, after awhile it just becomes a habit. I Timothy 4:2 tells us that we can have a dead conscience.

Let us give God permission to mold us into the people He planned for us to be.

You are in My hands just like clay in the potter's hands (Jeremiah 18:6).  But You are our Father, Lord.  We are like clay, and You are like the potter (Isaiah 64:8).
