Not Perfect

I read somewhere that if you are looking for a faultless friend, you will remain friendless. That statement couldn't make it any more clear. Even though we may not be aware of them, we all have faults. When we reach the point of knowing that we are all imperfect human beings just doing our best to get through this journey of life maybe we will see ourselves in each other. When we can love and forgive ourselves in spite of ourselves, maybe we will be able to extend that love and forgiveness to others. The Bible tells us to love our neighbor as we love ourselves (John 22:39). We can't give what we don't have. True reform has to begin within ourselves. Simply Put: No one is perfect. ...
